How much does a bespoke kitchen cost?+
Every SIB kitchen is hand-built to your home — cabinetry construction, worktop material (marble, quartz, porcelain, solid timber), island size, appliance package and lighting are all bespoke. We do not publish indicative prices because real cost depends on your specification. After a free design session Guri delivers a fixed-price quote with line-by-line costs for cabinetry, stone, appliances and installation.
How much does a luxury bathroom cost?+
Bathroom cost is driven entirely by spec — wet-room tanking, walk-in shower size, freestanding tub, brassware finish, tile choice (porcelain, natural stone, micro-cement) and underfloor heating. Do you make the cabinetry yourselves?+
Yes — all SIB shaker and slab kitchens are hand-built in our partner workshop in Berkshire from FSC-certified furniture-grade ply with solid hardwood frames and dovetailed drawer boxes. We hand-spray on site in any RAL or Farrow & Ball colour and fit Blum or Hettich mechanisms as standard.
How long does a kitchen or bathroom installation take?+
A full kitchen strip-out and rebuild — including new electrics, plumbing, plastering, flooring, cabinetry, stone, appliances, lighting and decoration — typically runs 3–6 weeks on site. A bathroom rebuild runs 2–4 weeks. Both include a final styling visit so handles, lighting and soft furnishings land perfectly.
